2 - WHAT MEDICAL CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE?
21KM ROUTE:
The Stragardalake 21k COMPETITIVE course is FIDAL-certified, and participation is open to all athletes who are at least 18 years old, including Italian athletes who are duly registered (FIDAL, Runcard, ACSI) and hold a competitive sports medical clearance for track and field or running, as well as foreign nationals residing in Italy and Italians residing abroad who are registered with FIDAL, Runcard, or ACSI, or who are members of foreign federations affiliated with World Athletics.
Foreign athletes residing abroad who are not members of foreign federations affiliated with World Athletics or who do not hold a Runcard may participate in the “non-competitive tourist-sports” event by completing the “LIABILITY WAIVER FORM” or by filling out the appropriate disclaimer on the Endu website.
10KM ROUTE:
The Stragardalake 10k COMPETITIVE course is FIDAL-certified, and participation is open to all athletes aged 16 and older, including Italian athletes who are duly registered (FIDAL, Runcard, ACSI) and hold a competitive sports medical clearance for track and field or running, as well as foreign nationals residing in Italy and Italians residing abroad who are registered with FIDAL, Runcard, or ACSI, or who are members of foreign federations affiliated with World Athletics.

3 - WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO COLLECT MY RACE BIB AND RACE PACK?
Identity document or sports card/medical certificate (previously uploaded to your ENDU personal page).
Third parties may collect items by presenting an individual delegation or team delegation form, together with the identity document and sports card/medical certificate of the person collecting the item.

At the Gym of Liceo Bagatta (Piazza Bagatta, Desenzano del Garda), you will find a secure bag storage area where you can leave your bag. Bag collection is in the same place as bag storage.

– ATTENTION
Inside the technical envelope, there is an adhesive bracelet to attach to our bag or any other bag you own.
The deposited bag can ONLY be collected by presenting yourself at the deposit with your bib number.Do not bring valuable items. The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any theft or aggravating circumstances.

LIGHT BLUE GRID > BIB NUMBERS from 1 to 500 and from 4001 to 4500: assigned based on the best time recorded for the half marathon within 1:45
YELLOW GRID > BIB NUMBERS from 501 to 1000 and from 4501 to 5000: assigned based on the best time indicated for the half marathon over 1:45:01 or not indicated
WHITE GRID > BIB NUMBERS from 2001 to 3000: non-competitive half marathon
– 10 KM race:
RED GRID > BIB NUMBERS from 1001 to 1500: assigned based on the best time recorded for the 10 km within 0.50

🔔SHOWER SERVICE
Showers are available for participants in the changing rooms of the Gym of Liceo Bagatta (Piazza Bagatta, Desenzano del Garda).
The showers are easily accessible on foot in less than 10 minutes (about 400 m from the arrival and departure point).🔔TOILET
Portable toilets will be available in Piazza Cappelletti, Desenzano del Garda.
🔔AWARDS CEREMONY
The awards ceremony will take place on Sunday, January 10, in front of Piazza Cappelletti, at the following times:
– For the 10KM race > at 11:00 a.m.
– For the 21KM race > at 12:00 a.m.
