A journey into the heart of Desenzano del Garda.
The 5 km route winds through the vibrant heart of Desenzano del Garda, passing by the city’s most iconic and picturesque spots, including the new lakeside promenade. It shares the initial section with the 10 km and 21 km courses. The race starts and finishes on the Desenzano lakeshore, right in front of Piazza Matteotti.
After just a few hundred meters, you enter the historic center, passing through the two main squares: Piazza Matteotti and Piazza Malvezzi, the true hub of social life in this lakeside town. From here, a short and gentle climb leads to the majestic Desenzano Castle and Piazza Garibaldi.
The descent leads toward Desenzano Cathedral and continues along Via Roma, which serves as a promenade to reach the Roman Villa, finally bringing you to the new lakeside promenade, with breathtaking views and a unique atmosphere.
To crown the experience, the final Food & Music area in the heart of beautiful Desenzano, where everyone can come together to celebrate an unforgettable day!
